I'm officially a cake decorator now!

Saturday was the last day for my basic cake decorating course, and I got a certificate of completion for the course so I'm officially a cake decorator now! Don't believe me? here is the proof:

As you can see, I still have to practice. So I'm going to take sometime to practice everything that I learned before I move onto the next course. I must say I am proud of myself for finishing something I started and, I'm so excited to see my progress in the near future!

My second decorated cake

I started taking a cake decorating class with my niece, here is my second official decorated cake (my first decorated cake was for Cheralyn's birthday which can be viewed in a previous post):

It's been a while since I blogged. Don't have a major reason for not blogging, just been caught up with....life. Hopefully I'll have more things to blog about soon....I actually do have a couple of things to blog about but, I don't have a good camera to illustrate my doings, don't worry, a new camera is on my "to buy" list.
